Monopoly GO Villainous Partners Event: Schedule, Rewards, and Best Strategy

Villainous Partners is one of those Monopoly GO events where planning matters more than simply rolling nonstop. We're not just collecting tokens and spinning a wheel — we're trying to finish partner attractions efficiently, claim milestone rewards, and line up boosts at the right time so our dice actually work harder.

Monopoly GO Villainous Partners Event: Schedule, Rewards, and Best Strategy

For this event, the biggest focus should be simple: pick active partners, save enough tokens for meaningful progress, and time your vault rewards instead of opening everything randomly. If we do that well, the 5,000-dice grand prize becomes much more realistic.

Villainous Partners Event Schedule

Villainous Partners lasts a little over five days. The event starts on May 2 or May 3, depending on your time zone.

Region / Time ZoneStart TimeEnd Time
UTC May 2, 2026, 5:00 PM May 7, 2026, 7:59 PM
US Eastern Time, EDT May 2, 2026, 1:00 PM May 7, 2026, 3:59 PM
US Pacific Time, PDT May 2, 2026, 10:00 AM May 7, 2026, 12:59 PM
UK Time, BST May 2, 2026, 6:00 PM May 7, 2026, 8:59 PM
Central Europe, CEST May 2, 2026, 7:00 PM May 7, 2026, 9:59 PM
Singapore / Malaysia, UTC+8 May 3, 2026, 1:00 AM May 8, 2026, 3:59 AM
Japan / Korea, UTC+9 May 3, 2026, 2:00 AM May 8, 2026, 4:59 AM

Partner Events are available once we reach Board 5 or higher. If you are new, the basic idea is straightforward: collect event tokens through normal gameplay, use them on the partner wheel, build attractions with partners, and unlock rewards together.

Grand Prize Rewards

To get the Villainous Partners grand prize, we need to complete all partner attractions before the event ends.

Grand PrizeRewardWhy It Matters
Dice Rolls 5,000 Rolls Helps recover dice spent during the event
Sticker Reward Swap Pack Useful for album progress
Special Reward Big Bad Wolf Limited-time themed reward

The dice are obviously the main prize, but the Swap Pack can be just as valuable if you're close to completing sticker sets. From experience, this is where Partner Events often feel worth the effort — one good pack can save days of trading.

Milestone Rewards

Each attraction has milestone levels. Rewards can vary slightly by attraction version, but the main reward pool includes dice, cash, sticker packs, and timed boosts.

LevelPoints NeededRewards
1 2,500 200 Dice
2 6,000 Cash
3 13,000 200–300 Dice, Cash, 10-Min Cash Boost
4 26,500 300–500 Dice, 2-Star Sticker Pack, 20-Min Mega Heist
5 32,000 400–600 Dice, Cash, 30-Min Builder's Bash, 4-Star Sticker Pack

The important part is timing. A reward like Mega Heist is much better when we are ready to roll for a while. Builder's Bash is better when we have cash saved and can upgrade landmarks immediately.

Best Strategy to Finish Villainous Partners

The event is not only about how many tokens we collect. It is also about when we use them.

Pick Partners Carefully

Good partners make or break this event. If someone barely contributes, you may end up wasting thousands of tokens on an attraction that never finishes.

Partner ChoiceRecommendation
Active friends Best option
Players who finished past events with you Safe pick
Random players Risky unless they start contributing early
Inactive partners Stop investing heavily

If you notice a partner is not helping after the first day, shift your focus to partners who are actually building. It is better to finish three attractions cleanly than spread tokens across four weak ones and miss the grand prize.

Stack Vaults and Boosts

One of the strongest tricks in Partner Events is vault stacking. This means opening partner vault rewards close together so boosts overlap.

BoostBest Use
High Roller Use when good tiles are nearby
Lucky Chance Strong when Chance tiles are reachable
Roll Match Great during higher multipliers
Mega Heist Use during active rolling sessions
Builder's Bash Use after saving enough cash

In one strong session, stacking High Roller, Lucky Chance, and Roll Match helped turn around 75,900 dice into close to 90,000 dice within a short window. That will not happen every time, but it shows why opening vaults randomly can leave a lot of value on the table.

Control Your Multiplier

High Roller is tempting, but rolling too high on a bad board is one of the fastest ways to lose dice.

Board SituationBest Move
Chance, Railroad, or pickups are close Raise multiplier
Useful tiles are far away Lower multiplier
Several boosts are active Use medium/high multiplier carefully
Dice count is dropping fast Slow down immediately

If you miss several high rolls in a row, reduce the multiplier. We do not need to force x1,000 every time. A smart x100 or x200 roll can be better than a reckless x1,000 roll.

Quick Completion Plan

Here is a simple way to approach the event without overcomplicating it.

Event StageWhat to Do
Day 1 Choose reliable partners, collect tokens, avoid spending everything too early
Days 2–3 Push active attractions, stack vaults, use boosts during good board setups
Final Days Finish nearly completed attractions, avoid wasting tokens on inactive builds

The logic is simple: early patience, mid-event progress, late-event cleanup. This keeps us from panicking at the end or wasting tokens too soon.

FAQ

When does Monopoly GO Villainous Partners start?

Villainous Partners starts on May 2, 2026 in the US and Europe, and May 3, 2026 in UTC+8 regions.

When does Villainous Partners end?

The event ends on May 7, 2026 in many Western time zones and May 8, 2026 in UTC+8 regions.

What is the grand prize for Villainous Partners?

The grand prize includes 5,000 dice rolls, a Swap Pack, and the Big Bad Wolf themed reward.

How do we get Villainous Partners tokens?

We can get tokens from board pickups, solo event milestones, tournaments, Quick Wins, free gifts, and regular gameplay rewards.

Is vault stacking worth it?

Yes. Vault stacking is one of the best ways to increase value during Partner Events because boosts can overlap. High Roller plus Lucky Chance plus Roll Match can create a very strong dice-gaining window.

Should we roll at x1,000?

Only when the board is favorable. If valuable tiles are nearby and boosts are active, x1,000 can be worth it. If not, lower the multiplier and save dice.

What if my partner is inactive?

Stop investing heavily in that attraction and focus on partners who are contributing. This gives you a better chance to complete enough builds before the event ends.

Summary

Villainous Partners is much easier when we treat it as a timing event, not just a token-spending event. Pick partners who actually play, save tokens for useful pushes, and stack vault rewards when you are ready to roll.

The safest path is to build with active partners first, use High Roller only on strong boards, and claim timed boosts when they can actually help. Play patiently early, push hard during good boost windows, and clean up unfinished attractions near the end.
