Out of all the makable in-game currency, Which businesses are the most appealing for the players? We divide Businesses into 3 main types: Active, Passive, and Heist Properties. Today, explored 4 types of passive business functionality, worth for the investment, and how to gain maximum profit.
↖ Bunker
The bunker business is more akin to an advanced version of the MC businesses, providing greater profit potential and more automation. Despite the high profit potential, you can only own one bunker at a time, so picking the right location and managing it becomes crucial for success.
Key Features:
- Higher Profits: Generates up to $79,000 per hour with upgrades.
- Simplified Management: Unlike MC Businesses, you can only own one bunker, making it easier to manage.
- Research Options: Unlock exclusive upgrades for vehicles and Mark II weapons.
How to Buy a Bunker?
There are 11 bunker locations available, but not all are created equal. Avoid the cheapest ones at the top of the map—they'll make sell missions unnecessarily difficult due to long travel times.
1. Access Maze Bank Foreclosures
- Open your phone, navigate to Money and Services, and select Maze Bank Foreclosures.
- Filter the map to display Bunkers.
2. Choose the Right Location
- Avoid bunkers at the top of the map (e.g., Paleto Forest) due to long travel times for sell missions.
- Recommended locations:
- Farmhouse Bunker: Close to the city, priced at $2.375 million.
- Chumash Bunker: Affordable and conveniently located on the left side of the map.
Note: If you own the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, you may have received the Paleto Forest Bunker for free. Consider upgrading to a better location closer to the city for convenience.
Choosing the Right Location
There are 11 bunker locations available, but not all are created equal. Avoid the cheapest ones at the top of the map—they’ll make sell missions unnecessarily difficult due to long travel times. Instead, consider these recommended locations:

Once you purchase a bunker, follow these steps to start making money:

- Equipment Upgrade: Boosts product output and efficiency.
- Staff Upgrade: Increases production speed and profit per hour.
- Security Upgrade: Optional; reduces the risk of raids but isn't essential.
Supply Management: Buy vs. Steal
To keep your bunker running, you need supplies. You have two options:
- Steal Supplies: Free but time-consuming (not recommended for solo players).
- Buy Supplies: Costs $75,000 but saves time, allowing you to focus on other money-making activities like heists or missions.

MC (Motorcycle Club) Businesses are Online properties in GTA that generate certain goods for the players to sell. These businesses run on autopilot, enabling you to earn while doing something else. On the other hand, to start an MC Business, you first need to buy a MC Clubhouse.
Types:
There are 5 types of MC Businesses, all of which deal with less-than-legal goods:
- Counterfeit Cash Factory
- Document Forgery Office
- Green Stuff (Herbal Product)
- Blue Stuff (Chemical Product / Meth Lab)
- White Stuff (Powdered Product / Cocaine Lockup)

How to Getting Started?
Before diving into MC Businesses, you'll need an MC Clubhouse. Purchase one from the Maze Bank Foreclosures website, with prices ranging from $200,000 to $500,000. Location doesn't impact MC Businesses directly, but city locations can help generate extra income through clubhouse activities.
Buy an Motorcycle Club
Before purchasing any MC Business, you need an Motorcycle Club. Here’s how to get one:
- Open your in-game phone.
- Go to Internet > Money and Services > Maze Bank Foreclosures.
- Select Clubhouses and choose a location.
Note: Buy the cheapest clubhouse since you won't be using it much. The cheapest one costs $200,000 (or free if you have the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack).
Purchase an MC Business
Once you own a clubhouse, head inside and use the laptop to purchase any of the following five MC Businesses:
- Counterfeit Cash
- Document Forgery
- Weed Farm
- Meth Lab
- Cocaine Lockup
Each business has different profit potentials and requires upgrades to maximize earnings.
How Does Work?
Each business has two main bars:
- Supplies Bar: Represents the raw materials needed for production, Depletes as supplies are used.
- Product Bar: Shows the amount of product ready to sell, Fills up as products are created.
Your staff will convert supplies into products as long as you're logged into GTA Online. Your job is to:
- Keep the Supplies Bar full by either buying or stealing supplies.
- Sell the products when ready.
Upgrades Are Essential
To maximize profits, purchase these two upgrades for each business:
- Staff Upgrade
- Equipment Upgrade
These upgrades significantly increase production efficiency and profit margins.

The Acid Lab is one of the most profitable and beginner-friendly passive businesses in GTA Online. Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up, upgrading, and optimizing your Acid Lab for maximum earnings. The Acid Lab offers incredible profits for minimal effort, making it one of GTA Online’s top-tier passive businesses.

Setting Up the Acid Lab
The Acid Lab operates from the Brickade 6x6.
- Purchase from Warstock: Costs $750,000 but skips mission requirements.
- Complete "First Dose" Missions: A series of six missions available at the "R" marker on your map. Completing these earns you $400,000 in bonuses and unlocks the Brickade for free.

After finishing these missions, complete a quick setup task to retrieve Acid Lab equipment, then install it at the Freak Shop for $750,000.

- Visit the Maze Bank Foreclosures website to buy a nightclub.
- Locations range from $1M to $1.7M.
- Best choices: West Vinewood or Downtown Vinewood for optimal sell mission distances.
- Avoid cheaper locations if you plan to relocate later, as upgrades will need to be repurchased.
Essential Upgrades
While cosmetic upgrades are optional, focus on these key upgrades for functionality:

- Escort VIPs: Drive VIPs to their destination carefully for a popularity boost and $10K reward.
- Switch DJs: Book DJs via the basement computer for a quick popularity refill (costs $10K–$100K depending on current popularity).
Nightclub Warehouse Management
The warehouse is your main source of income.
- Technicians: Hire up to five technicians ($878K total) and assign them to goods tied to specific businesses you own.
- Best Goods to Focus On:
- Cargo & Shipments (Crate Warehouse/Hangar)
- Sporting Goods (Bunker)
- South American Imports (Coke Lockup)
- Pharmaceutical Research (Meth Lab)

Avoid organic produce and printing/copying as they generate lower profits.
Filling Your Warehouse Faster
- Business Battles: Participate in public sessions with three or more players to earn crates (2–8 per battle).
- Call Yan: Steal and deliver trucks containing goods (20-minute cooldown).
Selling Your Stock
Maximize profits by waiting until South American Imports reach full capacity (10 crates). Combine this with other high-value goods for efficient sales. Use the Pounder Custom for all sales (purchase from Warstock). It's the only vehicle you'll need, even for large stock levels.

Purchase the Terabyte to streamline operations:
- Store your Oppressor Mk II inside.
- Launch source missions for other businesses directly from the Terabyte.
