As you progress, you'll encounter weather events and plant mutations that can significantly boost your earnings.

• Rainstorms & Thunderstorms: Weather events like rain and thunderstorms can trigger plant mutations.
• Using Lightning Rods: During thunderstorms, lightning rods can redirect strikes to specific plants, increasing the chance of mutations.

Plant Mutations

Mutations enhance the value or size of your plants. Types of Mutations:

Random Mutations

Some mutations happen randomly, such as gold or rainbow effects. You can increase mutation chances using tools like sprinklers (more on this in advanced guides).

Rare plants are the key to unlocking higher profits in your garden. 

How to Obtain Rare Plants?

1. Start Small: Begin by growing random plants and selling them to build your funds.
2. Save Up: Once you have $50,000 or more, consider investing in rare plants like dragon fruits, mango trees, or cocoa seeds.
3. Use a Plant Notifier:
   • Join Discord servers with plant notifier bots.
   • Set notifications for specific rare plants like: Dragon fruit / Mango / Cocoa / Cactus / Pepper Seeds / Grapes / Coconut
   • These bots alert you when rare seeds are in stock at the seed shop.
4. Act Fast: When notified, head to the seed shop immediately to purchase the seeds.

• Pet Eggs: Purchase pet eggs from the shop. The chances of acquiring rare eggs are random, with a 3% chance for a legendary bug egg.
• Hatching: Place the egg in your garden and wait for it to hatch. You can speed up the process using Robux.
• Abilities: Each pet has unique abilities.
• Feeding: Feed pets with your plants to level them up. Candy blossoms are highly effective, often exceeding 100% feeding efficiency.
• Strategy: Focus on acquiring pets when you're financially ready, as some eggs can be costly. Utilize plants like dragon fruits and cactuses to generate income.

Events provide opportunities to earn limited-time rewards and enhance your gameplay:

• Current Event: The lunar event requires moonlit plants to earn rewards.
