Palworld 1.0 Items Farming Guides: Make Any Pal Broken OP Fast

Perfecting a Pal isn't one grind — it's ten small ones stacked together. Star Rank, Souls, Skills, Implants, Stat Fruits, Awakening... each system covers a different piece of the puzzle.

Palworld 1.0 Items Farming Guides: Make Any Pal Broken OP Fast

Here's the fastest route through all of Palworld Items, based on what actually works in 1.0.

The Power Checklist

SystemImprovesFarm Here
Star Rank Partner skill, stats Ancient Hatchery, Dog Coins
Pal Souls HP/ATK/DEF/Work Speed Breed & butcher Eikthyrdeer
Active Skills Combat moves Skill Fruit Orchard, Arena Merchant
Passives Traits, mutations Bounty Tokens, Relic Recycler
Stat Fruits HP/ATK/DEF potential Dog Coins, Moon Lord raid
Level Base stats Training Crystals (Moon Lord)
Trust Hidden stat bonus Kinship Peaches
Work Suitability Base work level Legendary Treasure Maps
Awakening Elemental power Radiant Gems + Holy Water
Food Buffs Temp ATK/DEF Breed & butcher, Expeditions

Bottom line: stockpile everything first. Then a level 1 hatchling becomes raid-ready in minutes, not hours.

1. Star Rank & Condensing

Breed duplicates through the Ancient Hatchery, then condense at the base. Fastest if you're already breeding for passives anyway.

No breeding setup? Buy Star Rank items from Medal Merchants with Dog Coins. Only buy the tier you're missing — don't waste coins on the full 0→4 set if your Pal's already at 2 stars.

2. Dog Coins: The Real Backbone

Dog Coins buy Star Rank items, Stat Fruits, and Work Handbooks. Farm them here:

Hunt wild Mimogs at the World Tree. Killed in the wild = Dog Coins. Breeding and butchering them does not work — it's wild kills only.

Run Katress + Blazehowl Noct in your party (Neutral-type drop boosters, different species so they stack). Fewer kills, same coin haul.

Spend priority: Stat Fruits > Work Handbooks > Star Rank items.

3. Pal Souls: Cheap Stats Fast

Combat Pals need HP/ATK/DEF souls. Workers only need Work Speed. Workers finish way faster.

Farm: Breed and butcher Eikthyrdeer for Giant Pal Souls (Alpha spawn near the west entrance of the World Tree).

1. Breed → hatch → butcher.

2. Crush Giant Souls down into Small/Medium/Large as needed.

One farm covers all four soul tiers. That's why it's the best in the game.

4. Skill Fruits: Grow, Don't Grind

Get one copy of a Skill Fruit, plant it in the Skill Fruit Orchard. It multiplies over time and occasionally spits out bonus fruit of the same element.

First-copy sources: Arena Merchant (Battle Tickets), wild fruit trees, World Tree chests. Buy one, plant it, never buy duplicates again.

5. Passive Implants: Permanent + Disposable

Permanent implants:

  • Bounty Vendors → Vanguard, Stronghold Strategist (pay with Bounty Tokens)
  • Arena Merchant → Serenity, Runner, Reload Master (pay with Battle Tickets)

Farm tokens fast: capture bounty targets → breed → butcher offspring. Higher-level targets = more tokens.

Disposable implants (rainbow, World Tree, mutation passives):

Run them through the Ancient Relic Recycler. Mutation passives specifically need Legendary Ancient Relics.

Best relic farm: Dusty Ravine (northeast World Tree) — dense Snokelux packs.

Bring Vaelet + Menasting + Menasting Terra (variant stacking = more drops).

Bow from a flying mount to save resources, or Beam Launcher to clear packs fast. Volume beats bosses here.

6. Stat Fruits: Maxing Potential

Life / Power / Stout Fruit = +10 HP/ATK/DEF potential each. Check values with Ability Glasses.

MethodSpeedConsistency
Buy with Dog Coins Medium Very High
Moon Lord normal raid High Medium

Moon Lord route: capture 2x Eye of Cthulhu → breed → butcher for Hallowed Bars → craft Lesser Sigils → summon and kill Moon Lord. 3 Stat Fruits per kill, one random type.

If your damage build handles Moon Lord fast, this beats Dog Coin shopping outright.

7. Training Crystals: Push to 80

Moon Lord normal also drops 4 Training Crystals per kill. Each = one full level.

Don't waste them below level 50. Save the stockpile for the 70–80 grind, where normal EXP slows to a crawl.

8. Trust Level & Kinship Peaches

Fight with your Pal in-party while you farm relics, coins, or bases — trust builds passively for free.

Kinship Peach sources:

SourceReliability
Hard Expeditions High
Desert+ enemy bases High (30-min respawn)
Relic Recycler Medium

Feybreak Island coastal bases are the sweet spot — guaranteed Peach and Legendary Treasure Map in one chest.

9. Work Suitability Handbooks

Legendary Treasure Maps = 3 random handbooks per treasure. Farm Feybreak/Sakurajima bases for these.

Need a specific handbook? Buy it flat-rate with Dog Coins at a Medal Merchant instead of gambling on map RNG.

10. Awakening Crystals

Crafted from Radiant Gems + Holy Water. Gems are the bottleneck, not the water.

  • Passive: run the final expedition (normal or hard) for random gems.
  • Active: hunt elemental Pals in the World Tree with a matching drop-booster in party.

Passive alone won't cut it if you're awakening a full raid team — stack both methods.

11. Food Buffs

FoodBuffKey Ingredient
Mammorest Curry Attack Mammorest Meat
Galeclaw Nikujaga Defense Galeclaw Poultry

Passive: pull meat from hard expeditions. Need bulk fast? Breed and butcher Mammorest/Galeclaw directly.

Base workers just need Salad (lettuce + tomato) — dead simple to automate.

Upgrade Priority Order

1. Passives — biggest impact, do first

2. Star Rank

3. Pal Souls

4. Active Skills

5. Stat Fruits

6. Level 80

7. Trust

8. Awakening

9. Food Buffs

10. Work Handbooks (workers only, move this up if base-focused)

FAQ

What's the fastest way to power up a Pal in Palworld 1.0?

Stack passives, 4-star condensing, Pal Souls, Skill Fruits, and Stat Fruits first. If materials are pre-farmed, a level 1 hatchling goes raid-ready almost instantly.

Do Mimogs drop Dog Coins when butchered?

No. Wild kills only. Breeding and butchering Mimogs gives zero Dog Coins.

What's the best Pal Soul farm?

Breed and butcher Eikthyrdeer for Giant Pal Souls, then crush down into lower tiers as needed. One farm, four soul types.

What's the best Ancient Relic farm?

Dusty Ravine near the World Tree. Snokelux packs are dense, and Vaelet/Menasting/Menasting Terra stack drop bonuses hard.

How do Awakening Crystals work?

Craft from Radiant Gems + Holy Water. Gems come passively from the final expedition or actively by hunting matching elemental Pals at the World Tree.

Bottom Line

Dog Coins fund Star Rank shortcuts, Stat Fruits, and Handbooks. Eikthyrdeer solves Souls. The Orchard makes Skill Fruits renewable. Relic recycling feeds passives. Moon Lord covers Stat Fruits and Training Crystals. Expeditions quietly stack everything else in the background.

The loop:

1. Mimogs at World Tree → Dog Coins

2. Eikthyrdeer breeding → Pal Souls

3. Dusty Ravine Snokelux → Relics

4. Arena/Bounty rewards → Permanent implants

5. Moon Lord → Stat Fruits + Training Crystals

6. Hard Expeditions → passive income on everything else

Build these farms once. Every Pal after that finishes in minutes, not hours.
