The real time sinks are Rusted Gears, large ARC parts, Power Cables, Toasters, and Rusted Shut Medical Kits. Everything else comes quickly if you farm the correct zone.

Do not bring a full combat kit. We are not here to ego-fight squads. We are here to extract upgrade materials.

If you fill half your backpack before the raid starts, you are already slowing the upgrade route down.

↖ Step 1: Farm Riven Tides Stacking Yard First

Start at Riven Tides, then hit Stacking Yard. This is the best early route because it covers multiple workbench categories at once.

Run this route twice. If you still need Rusted Gears, keep Stacking Yard on your rotation. They are rare everywhere, but this is one of the better spots. Check the puzzle room whenever possible.

↖ Step 2: Farm Stella Montis Medical Research

After Riven Tides, move to Stella Montis Medical Research. This area is stacked: medical containers, red server cabinets, small ARC enemies, and crafting materials.

Also check for the Deadline blueprint while farming Stella Montis. This blueprint makes Bastion and Bombardier kills much easier later. If you leave with medical loot but no Deadline, that is still fine. The raid was not wasted.

↖ Step 3: Use Seed Vault for Electrical Components

If your tracker says you are blocked by Electrical Components, go to Seed Vault. Do not keep forcing Stella Montis once you only need generic electrical parts. Seed Vault is better for that job.

Loot every Android you can safely reach. Breach electrical cabinets whenever possible.

↖ Step 4: Farm Rocketeer Drivers at Blue Gate

Next, farm Rocketeer Drivers.  Go to Blue Gate and play around Reinforced Reception. Use doors and cover. Do not stand in open ground trading damage like a training dummy.

If your weapon feels weak, buy an Anvil from Tanwen and upgrade it. It is reliable enough for this stage.

↖ Step 5: Farm Bastion, Bombardier, Leaper, and Snitch Parts in Buried City

This is the dangerous part of the workbench grind. Use Buried City for big ARC farming. Bastions and Bombardiers have common spawn zones, and you can work on Leapers and Snitches during the same route.

Best method for Bastion:

1. Break the knee.
2. Get behind it.
3. Use Deadline.
4. Loot and leave if your bag is valuable.

If you do not have Deadline, use Light Impact Grenades. Around 25 well-placed grenades can kill a Bastion. It works, but it is messier and riskier.

↖ Step 6: Finish Surveyor and Sentinel Parts

For Surveyor Vaults and Sentinel Firing Cores, use Riven Tides and event timing.

If Electro Storm is active, prioritize ARC Couriers underground. They can save multiple raids because they may contain Surveyor and Sentinel materials.

Late upgrades often get blocked by basic junk items. The biggest offenders are Power Cables and Toasters.

Go to Spaceport Departure Building.

If you only need Power Cables and Toasters, stop farming combat-heavy zones. Spaceport solves that problem faster.

For Scrappy, do not roam the whole map hunting mushrooms unless you enjoy suffering.
