About Twitch Drops Event
Drops Event Types
Accumulated Views: Watch for X minutes/hours.
- Phased (Multiple tiers): Earn the first tier before you can start accumulating the second, or divided into waves based on time windows.
- Task-Based/Interactive (Less common): Requires triggering chat commands or in-game actions.
The two time fields often differ:
- Earn (Earn Window): Watch within this timeframe.
- Claim (Claim Window): Earn usually has a short window after the Earn expires before you can click Claim. After this window expires, the Earn expires.
Watch means that the progress bar will increase only after Twitch detects that you are on a channel with Drops enabled.
Common Special Cases
Waves: Progress for the second wave will not begin no matter how you try before the second wave's start time.
Quest-Based Drops: These may require you to enter a keyword in chat or enable extended interaction. Be sure to check the event description.
Region-Restricted: If the event has restrictions, you may not see cards in unsupported regions. Check the official announcement for confirmation.
Double Rewards (Subscription Bonus): Some games unlock additional cosmetic items for non-Prime subscriptions to the same channel. These are separate from regular Drops.
How do you claim POE 2 Twitch drops?
These items can only be credited to your account once. You will receive only those items that you have not received before. To get the items, you need to unlink the old twitch from your game account.
FAQ
Q: What can I get?
A: After linking a new Twitch account, the system will issue official Twitch Drops (cosmetics, pets, special effects, gift packs, etc.) that you haven't previously claimed on that game account (depending on historical events and currently available items). Any items you've already claimed will not be duplicated.
Q: Can it be used with both PoE1 and PoE2?
A: Yes, the official account system is interoperable (currently, available cosmetics on the same account are valid across PoE1 and PoE2, but please be aware of the latest official rules).
Q: Are the items permanent?
A: Official Twitch drops are typically permanent cosmetics or effects (except when the official event itself is limited in time). This service does not modify official attributes; it only helps you complete the linking process.
Q: Why did I only receive some of the items?
A: The system will only issue items you've never claimed; items you already own will not be duplicated.
Q: Can I use the same game account multiple times using different Twitch accounts? A: Official drops are typically "once per game account." Repeated binding will not redeem already claimed drops.
Q: How long does it take to receive the item after payment?
A: The fully automated system ships instantly. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, please check:
- Email/Private Message/Order Page
- Spam Folder
If there is still no result, please contact customer service.
Q: How long does activation take?
A: Normally, it takes about 1 minute (depending on your operation and the speed of syncing with the official server). In some cases, there may be a delay of several minutes.
Q: Is it safe to use this service?
A: We provide a Twitch account with login information for the normal binding process, which does not involve modifying the game client.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received the information?
A: Please first: Refresh the order page → Check your email/messages → Wait 5 minutes. If you still haven't received the item, contact support and provide your order number.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Once the system displays the Twitch account information, the digital item is considered delivered and refunds are generally not available. If an account becomes unusable upon initial delivery and cannot be repaired, a replacement will be arranged after verification.
Q: If I've already claimed a reward from an event, can I still claim it?
A: No. Event rewards marked as claimed will not be redeemed.
Q: Is Steam/official client supported?
A: As long as it's within the same official account system (including PoE accounts linked to Steam).
Q: Can I accumulate more rewards by purchasing multiple items?
A: No. This is unless you claim them separately on multiple game accounts. A single account cannot receive the same reward more than once.
Q: Why does the description say only once?
A: Official design: Each game account can only claim each Twitch drop event once.
